Certificate in Entrepreneurial Studies (CES) has been designed as a robust programme for owners of existing enterprises wanting to develop their managerial capabilities. It is particularly suitable for actual or potential members of management teams and those undergoing succession planning.

 

The Certificate in Entrepreneurial Studies is a blended (Online and in-class) program tailored for early-stage businesses and startups. It’s designed to guide them in identifying steps to expand their businesses and make them more attractive for funding. Navigating the dynamic landscape of growing a startup requires expertise in strategy, business models, marketing, and team building to realise your vision.

 

We work closely with you to define the goals, prioritize the issues and discuss not only the business context but also the human context, to identify areas where the discussion may veer off track.

The CES has been designed with the assistance of the Riverford Business School network of professionals and faculty from leading business schools around the country and the world have worked with the program designers, and shared their experience and expertise in creating a content of global standard. They also assisted in the writing of the local case studies that will be used in most of the modules.
